Meet Amanda Apodaca

Founder of Olive Tree Studio • Life Coach & Leadership & Career Strategist for Women

I’m Amanda — a certified life coach, certified senior human resources professional, organizational leader and faith‑rooted wife, mother, daughter and friend. Though my coaching, programs, products and community, I support women in professional development, career transitions, and work-life balance - finding clarity, confidence, and calmness.

(Coming Soon) Through Olive Tree Studio, I also offer professional development and continuing education courses for Human Resources professionals certified through HRCI.

My work is grounded in the belief that when a woman aligns with her God called purpose, she strengthens her home, her workplace, and her community.

My Backgrond and Career Journey

I bring more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership across the nonprofit sector. My career has taken me from leading small HR departments to executive leadership of small non-profit, and to serving in senior leadership at a large national organization, across industries, business lines, and departments, these experiences have shaped my understanding of people-first leadership, organizational culture, and the real challenges women face in the workplace.

Over the years, I’ve:

--Led HR and Talent Acquisition teams through seasons of growth, transition, and restructuring

--Built relationship at all levels of organizations and networking groups

--Supported leaders, mid-career managers and new-career employees in career and growth

--Coached and mentored those navigating promotions, leadership roles, and career pivots

--Provided family and friends professional advice and guidance on handling work environments

--Interviewed for all levels of roles

--Designed and written entry-level and professional resumes and guided job searches

These experiences taught me that leadership and success isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about nurturing strong relationships, leading with integrity, and creating calm in the chaos.
