I’m Amanda — a leadership and career strategist, HR professional, and faith‑rooted encourager of women who are ready to rise with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through Olive Tree Studio, I help women step into leadership without losing their peace, their values, or their sense of calling.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:
Women lead best when they lead from a place of clarity, confidence, and spiritual alignment.

My Backgrond and Career Journey

I bring more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and leadership across the nonprofit sector. My career has taken me from leading small HR departments to serving in senior leadership at a large national organization — experiences that shaped my understanding of people-first leadership, organizational culture, and the real challenges women face in the workplace.

Over the years, I’ve:

--Led HR and Talent Acquisition teams through seasons of growth, transition, and restructuring

--Built relationship at all levels of organizations and networking groups

--Supported executive leaders, mid-career managers and new-career employees in career and growth

--Coached and mentored those navigating promotions, leadership roles, and career pivots

--Designed leadership pathways and development programs for emerging leaders

These experiences taught me that leadership isn’t about having all the answers — it’s about nurturing strong relationships, leading with integrity, and creating calm in the chaos.
